THE MACHINE
Make, model, year range, typeface, carriage width, mechanical condition, and repairs—with serial number visibility controlled by the contributor.
THE PROVENANCE
What is known, what is remembered, and what remains uncertain. Oral history is labeled as such rather than presented as verified fact.
THE IMPRESSION
A short sound recording and type sample may be added only when the contributor owns the media and chooses to share it.
THE KEEPER
Display name or pseudonym, neighborhood-level location, and an optional note about why the machine is still in use. No exact address is requested.
